Dominic Billington, senior content designer at the Ministry of Justice, recently set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on a new service. Dom set up custom tags and dashboards and used those tools to measure content performance and help the team make more informed decisions.

In this practical session, Dom will show us how he:

  • developed a set of metrics to measure

  • set up custom tags in Google Tag Manager

  • created and shared dashboards in Google Analytics 4

  • used the data to make better content decisions
