About Crocstar

We’ve spent years watching people use websites and their online behaviour fascinates us. We want to help make user journeys quick and satisfying. We understand what users are trying to do so we write clear copy to help them do it. Simple, really, but it takes a great deal of knowledge to get it right.

Crocstar has been producing content for websites since 2008. Working for large organisations including the BBC, Yahoo and AOL, the company has consistently worked with big brands to provide copy with impact.

Community management and engagement has always been at the heart of the Crocstar way. Communicating to people, starting and joining conversations and interacting in a genuine way is what we do best.

How much does it cost to work with us?

Investing in your site’s content means you’ll see an increase in visits, conversions and sales. When we discuss your project, you’ll have a budget and a wish list, which we’ll work hard to make come true. Here are some example costs for the different kinds of work we take on:

Content

We write content for websites – either from scratch or refreshing existing content.

Projects start at £1,000. We’ve worked with plenty of people you’ve heard of: including the BBC, and achieved some great results.

Training

We train companies how to write for the web, and how to write for social media.

The half or full-day sessions are bespoke, and start at £1,200 including prep time and follow-up.
